1. Purpose of this Policy

At three rocks, doing the right thing is at the heart of who we are; for our people, our partners, and the communities we impact.

This policy outlines how we work to prevent, identify, and address any risks of modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking within our business operations and supply chains.

Our commitment is clear: act responsibly, ethically, and in full alignment with UK legislation and international standards designed to protect human rights.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All three rocks employees
  • Contractors, consultants, and temporary workers
  • Suppliers, vendors, and business partners
  • Any third parties acting on behalf of three rocks

Wherever we work, these expectations apply.

3. What we mean by Modern Slavery

Modern slavery involves the exploitation of individuals through coercion, control, deception, or abuse of vulnerability. It includes forced labour, debt bondage, and human trafficking.

There is zero tolerance for any form of modern slavery within three rocks or the partners we choose to work with.

4. Our Commitment

As a values-driven and B Corp certified organisation, three rocks is committed to ensuring people are safe, respected, and treated fairly across our business and supply chain.

We commit to:

  • Act with integrity in every relationship and decision.
  • Implement due diligence processes to reduce risks in our supply chain.
  • Encourage transparency, speaking up, and early reporting of concerns.
  • Equip our people with the knowledge to recognise, avoid, and report risks.
  • Avoid practices that could contribute to exploitation (e.g., withholding IDs, restricting movement, underpayment).
  • Expect and require the same standards from all suppliers, subcontractors, and partners.

No individual working with or for three rocks may engage in – or benefit from – any form of forced labour, trafficking, or exploitation.

5. Reporting Concerns

If you believe modern slavery may be taking place, either within three rocks or within a supplier relationship, you must report it immediately.

Reports can be made to:

  • [email protected]
  • Your line manager (three rocks workers)
  • The HR Team (three rocks workers)

All reports are handled sensitively and confidentially. Concerns will always be taken seriously and followed up.

6. Training and Awareness

three rocks will provide training to ensure employees and relevant partners can:

  • Recognise indicators of modern slavery
  • Understand how and where to report concerns
  • Conduct due diligence when managing supplier relationships

Training will be refreshed periodically and integrated into onboarding for relevant roles.

7. Compliance and Consequences

Everyone working with or for three rocks must uphold this policy.

Non-compliance may result in:

  • Disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment
  • Ending a supplier or partner relationship
  • Removal from the approved supplier list
  • Legal action, where appropriate

8. Review of this Policy

This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if legislation, risk levels, or operational needs change.

We will continually strengthen our approach to ensure it reflects best practice, our values, and our ESG commitments.
