Our client needed to improve the API on the current booking journey for visible data insights


What we did

  • Updated our API framework to improve performance and support, allowing for better integrations with the 3rd party CMS, CRM, booking provider and more.
  • Captured key data from the booking journey to provide key insights
  • Built a slick front end framework to support SEO and optimised for Performance.

Outcomes

  • Increase in Google Lighthouse and SEO scores to 70+
  • Increase in organic traffic and conversion to bookings.
  • Booking journey was made more consistent throughout the brands to improve continuity between brands.
  • Site structure was made more configurable to allow for the brand to make key changes to layout and pages, therefore reducing external costs and internal control
  • Configurable offers for third party offers to be added and then redeemed by the end user.
