We have partnered with TUBR!

At three rocks, we're always looking for operational tools that complement our data-led approach and TUBR is exactly that. Together, our products give clients a complete picture of their business, combining actionable insight with predictive forecasting so they can make sharper, more confident decisions.

TUBR is a predictive analytics platform that turns data into action, helping businesses make truly data-backed decisions.

XMS BI is our business intelligence product that transforms data into accessible, high-value operational insight, giving you a real-time view of how your business is performing with actionable insights so you can move faster and smarter.

Brought together, these two products give our customers something even more powerful: a single, joined-up system that combines what's happening now with what's coming next.

We sat down with both teams to hear what the partnership means to them, and how their products compliment each other to improve the service their clients receive:

How does XMS BI elevate what TUBR already offers?

“XMS BI gives TUBR the surface area we don't build ourselves.

We're a forecasting engine. We're really good at telling businesses what's coming and why but a forecast that lives in a separate tool, behind a separate login, with its own learning curve, is a forecast most operators won't use. The honest truth about predictive analytics adoption is that the tech isn't usually the problem, the workflow is.

three rocks have already solved that problem for hospitality. XMS BI is where their customers already live, the dashboard they open, the reports they trust, the place decisions actually happen. By embedding TUBR inside XMS BI:

Predictions arrive in context, sat next to the historical performance data that makes them meaningful

Operators don't have to adopt anything new, the predictive layer just shows up where they're already working

"What happened" and "what's coming" finally sit in the same view, which is how decisions actually get made

Three rocks' existing data integrations and customer relationships shorten our deployment time massively”

Why did TUBR pick three rocks as our prediction partner?

“Most forecasting engines are pattern matchers. They scan history, find correlations, project them forward. That works fine until reality shifts, your dataset is too small, or someone asks why the forecast says what it says, at which point you get a shrug and a confidence interval.

TUBR is different. We've built a causation engine.

How it works:

The patent-pending methodology treats business outcomes the way physics treats systems, as the result of forces (drivers) acting on each other through identifiable mechanisms. Instead of asking "what statistical pattern tends to repeat?" we ask "what's actually causing this, and how strong is each driver right now?"

It's a fundamentally different mathematical approach. We build a model of why things happen, not just what tends to follow what.”

What’s something you’re excited about in the hospitality industry right now?

TUBR said: “What excites us is what happens to operators when they stop guessing. When a venue manager goes from "I think Saturday will be busy" to "I know Saturday will be busy, here's why, and here's the prep that needs to happen" the whole quality of the operation lifts. Less waste. Fewer last-minute rota panics. Fewer over-ordered specials going in the bin. The job gets better, the margins get better, and the food gets better, because the kitchen isn't firefighting.

Hospitality has spent a decade being told it needs to be "more data-driven." What's actually happening now is data that finally serves the operator, instead of the operator serving the data. That's the bit we're here for.”

Three rocks said: “What excites us is the sheer potential sitting inside hospitality data and how much of it has, until recently, been locked away in disconnected systems.

Operators have always had data. What's changing is that the data is finally becoming usable. With XMS BI pulling every part of the business into one connected view, and TUBR's predictive layer working on top of it, hospitality businesses can move from reacting to anticipating across every corner of the operation.

That's the bit we're genuinely excited about. When you can see wastage trends before they hit the profit, forecast labour accurately enough to staff with real confidence, and spot the levers that are quietly eating into margin, every decision gets sharper. Costs come down. Profit goes up. And the operator gets to spend their time running the business rather than chasing the numbers.

Hospitality is a tight-margin, fast-moving industry, and the operators who win the next few years will be the ones using their data properly. Getting to put those tools in their hands is what we do.”

Why did Three Rocks want to partner with a predictive analytics platform like TUBR?

“Because TUBR's product is the natural next step on top of what XMS BI already does. We share the same goal: helping customers use their data to make better decisions for their business.

XMS BI pulls together data from every part of the business, cleans it, and organises it into one clear operational view. TUBR then works on top of that foundation, taking the full picture XMS BI provides and turning it into predictive analytics that sharpen decision-making and drive performance.

Together, the two products give hospitality operators a joined-up view of their business, actionable insight into what's happening now, and predictive forecasting for what's coming next, so they can operate with real clarity on both fronts.”

What are the key XMS BI features that TUBR customers will gain access to?

“XMS BI joins up data from across the business into one connected picture, breaking down the silos between disconnected systems and teams. That means TUBR's predictions and forecasts are now built on the full business context, not the output of a single system in isolation.

Sitting alongside the rich historical data XMS BI holds, TUBR's forecasts gain sharper accuracy and clearer points of comparison, giving customers one true view of their whole business.

Our customers receive a single, intuitive dashboard where customers see both actionable insight into today's performance and predictive forecasts for what's ahead, helping them make data-backed decisions that move the business forward.”
